In today’s fast-paced and digitally driven world, the need for effective and accessible healthcare systems is more critical than ever, particularly at the grassroots level, where communities rely heavily on local health centers for their medical needs. This study, titled “Interactive Health Monitoring System Accounting Resources Management for Barangay Minuyan Proper Health Center in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan,” focuses on the development of a user-friendly and interactive website specifically designed to support the daily operations and management tasks of barangay health workers. The primary aim is to assist the health workers of Barangay Minuyan Proper by providing a digital solution that automates workflows and enhances the overall management of patient records, medical inventory, health programs, and budget tracking. This initiative addresses the ongoing challenges posed by manual record-keeping methods, which often result in inefficiencies, delays, and inaccuracies in service delivery. This paper presents a web application developed using the OutSystems low-code platform to enable efficient management of essential healthcare data. The application supports key functions such as patient record management, real-time tracking of medical inventory, streamlined scheduling of health programs, and transparent budget monitoring. A dynamic dashboard displays key performance indicators, providing users with actionable insights that enhance planning, decision-making, and resource allocation. By implementing this system, the study aims to enhance the efficiency of barangay health workers by reducing their dependence on manual documentation and providing quick access to organized, real-time information. The system features a simple and user-friendly interface, making it accessible even to users with limited technical skills or experience. Overall, this thesis aims to contribute a practical and scalable solution to local healthcare management enabling health workers to devote more time to patient care and less to administrative tasks. Through digital innovation, the researchers seek to empower community health centers like Barangay Minuyan Proper to deliver more efficient, accurate, and responsive services to the communities they serve.
