DBP Service Corporation (DBPSC), a leading staffing agency in the Philippines, upholds a comprehensive approach to employee wellness, addressing physical, mental, emotional, nutritional, and financial dimensions. As stress and burnout continue to rise in the workplace, employee disengagement has become a pressing concern—adversely affecting productivity, morale, and retention. This study investigates the impact of DBPSC’s wellness program on employee engagement, focusing on key factors such as job satisfaction, organizational commitment, communication, recognition, and growth opportunities. It also explores the challenges employees face in accessing wellness initiatives and offers strategic recommendations to enhance program participation, improve overall well-being, and foster a more engaged, resilient, and high-performing workforce. This study utilized a descriptive-correlational research design paired with census sampling to survey all 130 full-time regular employees of DBP Service Corporation. By involving the entire target population, the research ensured comprehensive data coverage and minimized sampling bias. Participants provided assessments of both the employee wellness program and their level of engagement, enabling a thorough analysis of the relationship between organizational wellness initiatives and employee involvement, satisfaction, and overall workplace experience. DBP Service Corporation’s wellness program is generally well-regarded, with employees reporting satisfaction across multiple dimensions, including physical, mental, emotional, financial, and nutritional well-being. Nevertheless, the program faces significant challenges that hinder its full potential. These include low employee participation in wellness activities, inflexible scheduling options, and inconsistent endorsement from leadership. Employees have also indicated a need for more personalized support services, such as tailored financial counseling and mentoring programs. Moreover, concerns around privacy, the lack of tools to monitor personal progress, and conflicting schedules further limit engagement. These insights underscore the critical need for enhancing program accessibility, strengthening leadership advocacy, and providing customized support to foster higher participation rates and improve overall effectiveness. The evaluation of DBP Service Corporation’s employee wellness and engagement initiatives reveals generally high levels of satisfaction across physical, mental, emotional, financial, and nutritional aspects. Nevertheless, the study identifies key areas needing improvement, such as low participation rates in wellness activities, insufficient financial counseling services, and inconsistent recognition of employee efforts. Despite strong employee engagement marked by notable commitment and satisfaction, challenges persist, including concerns about privacy, uneven leadership involvement, and a demand for more personalized wellness support. To address these issues and further enhance employee well-being and engagement, it is recommended that the organization adopt flexible scheduling, increase leadership participation, improve recognition programs, broaden financial wellness offerings, and strengthen nutrition and healthy lifestyle initiatives.
