This study examines the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in education, focusing on its impact on student creativity and teacher collaboration. It investigates how AI tools are being adopted within the Philippine educational system by analyzing the perspectives of both students and educators. The research aims to identify the benefits, challenges, and ethical considerations surrounding AI use in the classroom. The study offers insights that can help enhance AI-driven learning strategies and support the development of critical, creative, and collaborative skills among learners. The study adopts a descriptive quantitative research design and involves seventy (70) second-year Bachelor of Secondary Education students from Bestlink College of the Philippines, selected through stratified random sampling. A researcher-designed survey questionnaire was utilized as the main tool for data collection. The study found that artificial intelligence (AI) significantly enhances student creativity by facilitating access to new ideas and supporting the generation of original content. It also contributes to the development of problem-solving and critical thinking skills, helping students explore multiple solutions to academic challenges. AI further supports time management and multitasking, though it may occasionally present an overwhelming amount of information. Additionally, AI positively influences key academic skills such as communication, digital literacy, and writing. It aids in understanding vocabulary, introduces efficient digital tools, and promotes academic integrity by helping students identify and avoid plagiarism. This study emphasizes the vital role of artificial intelligence in enhancing students’ knowledge and skill development. The proposed user-friendly worksheets are designed to facilitate the meaningful integration of AI into the learning process, enabling students to harness its potential as a transformative educational tool. By adopting the study’s recommendations, Bestlink College of the Philippines can enrich student learning, foster essential competencies, and better prepare learners for the challenges of an increasingly digital future.
