This study examines how the integration of culinary experiences and interactive art at Sip and Gogh enhances guest satisfaction. It aims to understand what makes a visit truly memorable and how these combined elements can assist entrepreneurs in attracting and retaining loyal customers. The study employed a survey-based method to gather feedback from guests about their overall experience, focusing on essential aspects such as service quality, ambiance, food and beverages, and interactive art activities. The collected responses were analyzed to determine which features guests valued most and to identify areas that needed improvement. The results indicated that exceptional service and engaging art activities had the most significant influence on guest satisfaction. Guests especially valued the staff's attentiveness and the creativity of the interactive sessions, making them more likely to recommend Sip and Gogh to others. Although the food quality and venue layout were still positively received, they scored slightly lower, suggesting areas for potential improvement. Importantly, the absence of major complaints further highlights the overall positive experience of the guests. The study emphasizes that the combination of quality service, interactive art, and a warm, inviting atmosphere is key to delivering a memorable guest experience. Although Sip and Gogh already provides an enjoyable and immersive setting, subtle enhancements—such as refining the food menu and reconfiguring the space—could further boost customer satisfaction and loyalty. These findings offer valuable guidance for business owners in enhancing their approach to artistic hospitality, ensuring a lasting and meaningful impression on their guests.
