Abstract

Pinta Kape offers a relaxing and creative café experience by combining healthy, flavorful iced coffee lattes made with real fruits and our signature caffeine-free roasted corn coffee. More than just a café, we provide a unique artistic atmosphere with live and commissioned sketching, portraits, henna tattoos, and painting services. Every visit is not only about enjoying our refreshing drinks but also about immersing yourself in a personalized, heartwarming, and inspiring environment. Pinta Kape offers a delightful selection of iced coffee lattes, including Sweet Corn, Banana, Watermelon, and Strawberry flavors, each crafted from real ground fruits and caffeine-free roasted corn coffee beans. Beyond its flavorful beverages, Pinta Kape provides a unique and relaxing space where customers can unwind with locally sourced drinks while engaging in art jamming activities. Artistic services include sketching, portrait drawing, glass painting, and henna tattoos, making every visit a memorable and creative experience. Based on Pinta Kape’s income statement, net sales increased from ₱1,327,440.00 in 2026 to ₱1,657,607.26 in 2030, reflecting a consistent upward trend in revenue. After accounting for all expenses, the business also demonstrated a clear increase in net income over the five-year period.  According to the Statement of Changes in Owner’s Equity, the initial capital on July 1, 2025, was ₱50,000.00. This capital grew annually through retained earnings, reaching a final balance of ₱292,198.40 by April 30, 2030. Notably, net income rose from ₱302,198.40 in 2026 to ₱366,099.17 in 2030, with total withdrawals amounting to ₱60,000.00 and no additional capital investments made during the period.  The Return on Investment (ROI) for Pinta Kape, based on an initial investment of ₱50,000.00 and cumulative net income of ₱377,748.00, is calculated at an impressive 755.50%. Pinta Kape is operated by a dedicated team of individuals working collaboratively to deliver an exceptional café experience. The General Manager is Ms. Abegail B. Marbella, with Ms. Meg Meg T. Candole serving as Assistant Manager. Financial operations are overseen by Ms. Allia A. Clemente, while Mr. Jherom B. Honrado takes on the dual role of Production Manager and in-house Artist.  The café’s front-line team includes Cashiers Ms. Sarah B. Alfeche and Mr. Jensie Y. Donal. Our team of skilled Baristas consists of Mr. John Lloyd Albao, Mr. Adrian M. Sabare, Mr. Mienard A. Martinez, and Mr. Carl Philip P. Romasanta.
