Abstract

The Airport Management System is an integrated and innovative system that is designed to efficiently manage various airport operations. The system's objective is to streamline processes, boost operational effectiveness, and enhance the overall employee experience by utilizing the agile methodology approach during the project execution.

Airport Management System covers a wide range of function, including automatic computation of payroll, generating schedules, monitoring of benefits and incentives, monitoring of job vacancy using the enhance system where in you can filter and summarize reports that you will be needing. The system is composed of various modules that concentrate on a specific aspect of airport operations, such as payroll, compensation planning and administration, HR analytics, and core human capital management.

Implementing an effective Airport Management System requires collaboration among project sponsors, stakeholders, scrum master, including airport authorities, airlines, ground handlers, and regulatory bodies. The goal this is to create a unified and efficient system that enhances the overall performance and safety of the airport.

EFFICIENCY- The success and sustainability of airport systems depend on the efficiency of their airport management systems. It enhances cost-effectiveness, safety, customer satisfaction, and flexibility to adjust to changing conditions and industry trends. The goal is to make improvements in accessibility and functionality in a short period of time. ACCURACY- In airport management systems, Accurate data reports provide reliable information that supports decision-making processes, helps identify areas for improvement, reduces possible errors, and ensures compliance with regulations. SECURITY- The project team will be using Star topology for its network. Star topology is a network configuration where all nodes (devices or computers) are connected to a central hub or switch. Star topology offers simplicity and ease of management; it also has security considerations that should be addressed. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only. Regular backup procedures are needed to ensure that data can be recovered in the event of accidental deletion, hardware failure, or other data loss scenarios.
