Abstract

This research explores the multifaceted factors affecting customer retention at Garahe sa Bonifacio, Bagong Silangan, Quezon City. Exploring elements such as Food Quality,Price,Promo and Discounts,Quality service,Location and Ambience. The study aims to uncover critical determinants that contribute to sustained customer retention.

This descriptive research design involves surveying 100 respondents to comprehensively explore and describe a specific phenomenon, utilizing surveys and possibly other data collection methods.

The findings aims to offer nuanced insights into the dynamics of customer retention, facilitating businesses in tailoring strategies to enhance customer loyalty.

Highlight how the information will be used to tailor services and communication, creating a more personalized and relevant experience for customers. Implement a loyalty program that rewards customers for repeat visits. This can be in the form of points, discounts, or exclusive offers. Curate a playlist with upbeat and energetic music to infuse a positive vibe. Consider genres like pop, dance, or even classic hits that encourage a lively atmosphere. Invest in ongoing training for staff to ensure excellent customer service. Empower staff to address complaints promptly, offering solutions or compensation when necessary.
