The study aims to uncover critical determinants that contribute to sustained customer retention.

This descriptive research design involves surveying 100 respondents to comprehensively explore and describe a specific phenomenon, utilizing surveys and possibly other data collection methods.

The findings aims to offer nuanced insights into the dynamics of customer retention, facilitating businesses in tailoring strategies to enhance customer loyalty.
