Abstract

This project is to present, explain, and describe the whole proposed system. It summarizes
the objectives, goals, background, and some important facts regarding the Faculty
Management Information System. It also describes the conclusions of the proponents based
on the analyzed problem. It is explained accurately in detail as one requirement of the Faculty
Management Information System and provides a detailed description of the whole Faculty
Management Information System study and research-based collections from the real estate
that the proponents interviewed.

Aside from sustaining the good and effectiveness of the system, combining it with detailed
documentation is equipped with valuable information. It helps the team develop a system that
provides users with quality software services with various solutions in faculty, specifically in
teacher management and student management.

They developed A process for the Faculty Management Information System, and here's the
following process: Teachers Management. This process manages the record of the list of
teachers and their information, schedules of the teachers, reports to the faculty, evaluations of
the teachers, and memos to the teachers. With this process, the teacher will easily input the
data without hassle and problems. A Student Management that manages a list of the students,
teacher learning plan, grade sheets, class reports, intent letter, teacher leave, and letter of
resignation. The system demonstrates the data analysis in Project Management using a Gantt
Chart that shows analytics of every operation for project managers. And importantly, they
need to integrate the system, especially for those connected to the other subsystems.
