Abstract

The Faculty Management System defines how, nowadays, faculty deals with the papers and
all the management regarding the issue of making and maintaining all documents and records
related to the students and their daily conductance. The idea of the Faculty Management
System is to allow the Department head and faculty to help manage and maintain the record
digitally. All information is fetched from the database server and maintained by the
administrator. When the faculty login, then data is fetched from the database and on the
faculty interface. The basic purpose of this document is to present the detailed requirements
of the Faculty Management system. By building this system, we will facilitate the faculty. This
system allows the faculty to track their schedule and workload, view the list of all students, and
upload the grades. The faculty can only manage the section whom they teach. Also, the
Department head can request items from the Custodian Department.

The Faculty Management System is a tool created to manage the faculty. It automates
operations related to the faculty to improve performance and output, controls faculty data,
keeps track of their actions, and monitors their performance from one central place.

The faculty management system contains information about each faculty member's
educational history, skills, and degree of experience. It monitors both their productivity and
academic progress. This helps in making decisions about how to train faculty members to
increase their skills, output, and efficiency. Because they are unquestionably important
employees, faculty members produce a lot of sensitive data that needs to be kept secure,
organized, and available.
