Abstract

The purpose of the study is to give knowledge to every user of our system, and the developers
create a web-based platform that simplifies work and document distribution in the accrediting
office at Bestlink College of the Philippines. The web-based approach attempts to guarantee
the accuracy and legitimacy of the data that is authorized. This web-based system is designed
to handle all accredited data, track all accepted and rejected documents, and offer information
on the status of documents.


As a result, the great solution is to reduce the paper effort in the accreditation department. So
that the authorized department staff from the accreditation department can easily compile all
the documents. To ensure the accuracy of the data gathering in the accreditation department,
researchers need to build a system that handles the data of each Bestlink College of the
Philippines department. Researchers need to build a system that handles the data of each
Bestlink College of the Philippines department.


The implementation of the School Management System – Quality Assurance, including
gathering all data and ensuring the security of all credentials, satisfies the users, especially
the accreditation staff. And make the system more accurate and user-friendly for all users.
