Abstract

The Library of Tandang Sora National High School is used by the students and teachers to
find a quiet place to read and do assigned tasks, reports, and activities. The librarian is
responsible for managing the information of the book borrowers. Since the current process of
recording borrowed and returned books is manual, this results in difficulty in tracking the
information of the borrowers. The library lacks staff to assist the borrowers and the status of
books, whether it is damaged, torn out, borrowed, or missing. Besides this, the process is
manually recorded in the logbooks, which results in the disorganization of information of the
borrowers and loss of data. The researchers want to create the Library Systems of Tandang
Sora National High School with computerized information and details that have been provided
and stored information to all borrowers such as names of borrowers, grade level and sections,
teachers, times, and issued books when borrowing and returning books.

The proponents are necessary to conclude the system since the library system is ready to
use. The researchers have also solved the client’s problem because of the efficiency of the
system.

The Library Information System is capable of doing simple tasks and has features that will be
more convenient to use and user-friendly. Thus, it will be beneficial to the client because it can
do basic and simple tasks.
