Abstract

This study aims to understand the level of customer satisfaction towards the quality of service
in launching events in selected fast-food chains in Quezon City. The study also aims to identify
the problems experienced by customers during events and how the findings can be utilized to
create suggestions to improve the quality of service at events held in fast-food chains.


The result of this study reveals that the Respondents as of Occasions the majority of
celebration the event in fast food Birthday which is 64%, mostly female is the most active
respondents, who have 70% celebrating an event in fast food, revealing that 44% of the
respondents have a gross income of 5,000 pesos the level of satisfaction towards service
quality in launching events it reveals that the order was prepared and served correctly to the
customer, the menu was easy to read, the equipment’s are easy to use, employee getting your
order quickly. It reveals that the ambiance of the fast food chain is good, the comfortable room
of the fast food chain is clean, the fast food chain is held comfortably, and the dining area is
clean. The food is served properly and cleanly, the food is worth it according to its price, the
food is served hot and fresh, the food aromatic and tasty, and the staff understands your
request and instructions, the customer service representative resolves your issue, the order
delivered fast.


Based on the gathered data, the researchers were able to provide a summary of findings that
revealed the effectiveness of the events conducted based on the variables considered. The
study concluded that customers were highly satisfied with the quality of service provided by
the selected fast-food chains in Quezon City. Keywords: customer satisfaction, quality
