Abstract

This study aims to find out the graduates' perception of the Assessment of Specialized
Hospitality Tours and Seminars on Industry Employability among Hospitality Management
Graduates of Bestlink College of the Philippines: Enhancing Guidelines. The study was
conducted by One hundred (100) graduates from the (HM) Hospitality Management alumni,
and they were randomly selected. A questionnaire, which consisted of four (4) parts of
questions, was administered as a research instrument, and the collected data was analyzed
using a simple percentage method.


The majority of the respondents strongly agree that tours and seminars will help them face
future challenges and hindrances, and they are also helpful in satisfying the psychological
needs of graduates and developing more interest in learning among students.


The graduates viewed that it promotes cooperation and unity, helps to achieve better results
at a higher level, and lastly, that tours and seminars will help the students to learn more
knowledge outside the school vicinity.
