Abstract

Abstract
The increasing demand for advanced security and attendance systems in companies has led
to the development of various innovative technologies. One such technology is integrating
face recognition attendance systems with automatic door lock mechanisms and drone
surveillance, which can significantly enhance security measures and attendance monitoring.

The researchers conducted a survey involving 30 carefully selected respondents to gather
feedback on the project's performance, quality, structural idea, and design. The survey utilized
descriptive and purposive sampling techniques to test the research hypothesis. The results
indicated that there was no statistically significant difference in the evaluation of the project in
terms of safety, as reported by the respondents who utilized the face recognition attendance
system with an automatic door lock and drone surveillance. Upon analyzing the responses to
10 questions, it was observed that the overall satisfaction rate among the surveyed
employees was 80%.

This study shows that this project addresses some difficult situations due to unforeseen
circumstances. The researchers concluded that there is no risk factor in using face
recognition, automatic door locks, and drones. But the problem is the limited usage time of the
battery and unexpected malfunctioning. It is noted that the use cannot be synchronized. Face
recognition can only detect registered faces and record their Attendance. The automatic door
lock can be opened by waving your hand. The drone serves as surveillance inside the
premises.
