Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the motorcycle drivers' traffic violations along Quirino
Highway, Novaliches Proper, Quezon City, in terms of violations involving licenses, violations
involving registration, and violations involving the accessories of the motorcycle vehicle. This
study looked at the violations of rules and regulations on traffic management by motorcycle
drivers on Quirino Highway, Quezon City. The researcher used forty (40) respondents,
composed of thirty (30) motorcycle drivers and ten (10) enforcers. The researcher will ensure
that the respondent will completely and sufficiently fill out the questionnaire and give the
necessary information needed by the study instrument.

The result of this study reveals that motorcycle drivers' traffic violations along Quirino highway
novaliches proper, Quezon City, in terms of violations involving license, violations involving
registration, and violations involving accessories of motorcycle vehicles are the primary
violations that are violated. This study recommended that the Local Government unit on
Quirino Highway, Nova Proper, Quezon City, conduct a thorough seminar for motorcycle
drivers to prevent violating traffic rules and regulations and for the traffic enforcers to ensure
that the implementation of traffic rules and regulations are just and correct.
