Abstract

The importance of this research is to acquire and compare the assessments in the traffic
accident investigation cases. This research aims to find out the root of the problem regarding
conditions and to know how law enforcement assesses traffic accidents. It signifies the
beneficiaries of this study, including the QCPD Sector 2 enforcement unit, traffic enforcers and
police, drivers, future researchers, and researchers. In addition, the researchers conclude that
some assessment is needed to know the percentage of investigation cases in traffic
accidents. To address the objectives of the study, the researchers determined, evaluated, and
identified the problems in traffic accidents through assessment.
The researchers recommend the following: conduct seminars for drivers to prevent road
accidents. Police officers, LGUs, and government officials should promote wide knowledge
about the right interventions on roads and highways, and drivers should always follow the
rules and protocols given by the authorities. Lastly,, this study will help future researchers who
conduct a study with the same and relatedapproachesh.
