CriminologyAbstract
All so-called "colorum" public utility vehicles are prohibited from operating on any routes
throughout the nation. If such cars are discovered traveling on highways and streets while
carrying passengers, they will be seized and impounded. The way that Colorum drivers drive
is distinctive. Because of their propensity for evasion, they frequently speed, take detours, and
otherwise alter their course to get by traffic cops. Accident risk is increased by driving too
quickly, traveling through accident-prone areas, and even passing through tiny streets.
The pre-operation is a more important factor to enforce in the implementation of the anti-
colorum campaign. Approaching the vehicle in the safe zone area for the safety of the
enforcement is the greatest factor to officers in terms of actual operation. Examining/verifying
the documents and confirming the records from the database seems to be the least important
factor, according to the respondents. It can be concluded that identifying colorum vehicle
aggressive driver during the apprehension affects enforcers' demonstration of efforts and how
they facilitate problems encountered and enforcement team performance.
