Abstract

This research interview was conducted to determine the efficiency of computer-based sales
record management and provide a reference for the company’s innovation in terms of
managing sales records. The researchers aim to know the efficiency of using a computer in
sales records within the company that can help the management assess which areas need
improvements. The researchers also aim to formulate effective recommendations at the end
of the study to help the company improve its recording system in terms of sales as well as
provide timely and relevant data for future researchers.


The result of the analysis shows that the computer is important in records management
because they have a common software in an office as it helps office staff to manage the
extensive information needed to plan and make well-informed decisions in the office and
fastens the retrieval of information, helps the organization prepare for future growth and also,
guarantees efficiency, openness, and accountability as well as reducing the risk of losing data
in the office.


All employees come up with a recommendation to have a refresher or be enrolled in an online
course in regards to utilization of MS Excel for familiarization. The company should implement
formal training to familiarize with the basic functions of MS Excel.
