Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of satisfaction with the operation
management of the appeals and grievance department at Teleperformance, Vertis North,
Quezon City, in terms of compensation and benefits, working conditions, health and safety,
and work-life balance.

Based on the survey, employees are satisfied enough with how they are managed. However,
to ensure an employee stays with the organization longer, management may look into
retention strategies. Employees should receive pay and perks in exchange for the services
they provide. The well-being of employees is greatly influenced by their health and safety.
Thus, employers should pay attention to this. Maintaining a happy and healthy work
environment is crucial to enhancing employee morale, retention, and, most significantly,
productivity. A stressful work environment must be taken into account to reduce the grueling
work environment.

Employee assessments may occasionally be conducted by the operations to ascertain
whether the workers are still satisfied with their work and whether there are any related
problems that the management needs to solve. The management may provide extensive
training and assessment to employees to help improve their skills and abilities, which will also
benefit the success of the business operation.
