Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of the economic crisis and help the
canteen vendors with the help of proposed intervention and remediation.

From the result of this study, the proposed intervention and remediation of the ways to
manage the price of the product and get more customers or consumers is to add
complementary services or products in terms of the ways to overcome the economic crisis.
They should listen to the customer, show genuine empathy, and assess the situation. They
should assess their own supply chain and search for alternate materials. Lastly, make a
product analysis tool that will boost customer satisfaction and improve efficiency, speed up
order processing, and help identify substitute product lines that might better fit a customer’s
need or budget.

This research recommended to canteen vendors that they should have different strategies for
managing their products, like making a product analysis tool that will boost customer
satisfaction and improve efficiency, speed up order processing, and help identify substitute
product lines that might better fit a customer’s needs or budget. They should satisfy the needs
and wants of their customers. Students should find out how different product costs would
affect their daily allowance.
