Abstract

Fast Food Chain is one of the most popular eating places known by people because of its
affordable budget meals, and they also refer to food that can be prepared and served quickly.
Nowadays, there are many different kinds of Fast Food, and each chain has its own specialty.
Fast Food Restaurants provide quality service to their customers to maintain the good quality
of the establishment; customers are more likely to eat at Fast Food Chain because they want
to satisfy their selves with the ambiance. The ambiance in a restaurant plays a significant role
in shaping customers' overall dining experience. Ambiance ties the cuisine, service, and
environment together to define diners' perception of your restaurant.

This study shows the efficiency of collaboration as the respondents multi-task in bulk orders,
inventory, cleaning, packaging, and events. The respondents claim that being productive staff
on the morning shift can give a positive vibe that can provide customers satisfaction.

Managers should initiate interaction with new or old employees about their expectations,
responsibilities, and role in their work. Encouraging employees to raise questions when
they're confused helps them understand their duties. Empathize with the customer, offer a
sincere apology, and acknowledge that their orders are being made immediately. The
management and employees should set schedules for inspections and know how the
equipment works to have a better and safer environment within the kitchen area. Ask the
employees about what they truly feel when they're working, give employees rewards for their
hard work, encourage employees by cheering them up, making jokes on hard times to lessen
the tension.
