Abstract

This quantitative research study was conducted to demonstrate the Assessment of the Level
of Effectiveness of using Office Technology in the barangay healthcare staff, medical officer,
and medical encoder as to the healthcare services in the barangay Novaliches Proper
District V, Quezon City. The researchers aimed to provide knowledge to the readers about
the information and important ideas about the effectiveness of healthcare employees when it
comes to using office technology.

The first question aimed to answer how well a male and female group of respondents assess
the level of effectiveness of using Office Technology for Health Care Services in Barangay
Novaliches Proper. Based on the data gathered, the majority answered in the indicator of
records management, which is that employees can create backups of files and important
documents.

For the second question, based on the data gathered, the highest weighted mean is in the
indicator of Emergency response. It implies that by using office technology, some healthcare
employees can improve their efficiency in response to the emergency of their constituents.
