Abstract

Marketing tools are to develop, enhance, and advertise offerings and services. Techniques,
tactics, and materials are all referred to as tools. All of these technologies permit you to
advertise the value and make sales since they search online content for mentions of and
conversations about your business. New marketing platforms started to emerge, such as
traditional ads, social media advertising, and print ads. The purpose of the study is to
determine the marketing tools of Bestlink College of the Philippines for students' satisfaction
in terms of the variables.


The results of the study revealed that the majority of respondents are female, with the age of
19, from the BSBA Department. The assessment of the students on the marketing tools of
Bestlink College of the Philippines in terms of traditional ads, social media advertising, and
print ads is "Satisfied" A problem encountered by students in the marketing tools is that they
don't respond to inquiries and messages on BCP's social media. The results revealed that
the majority of the respondents are satisfied with activities that promote a positive image in
terms of traditional ads. The easy procedure of social media is very useful in terms of social
media ads, and information and content are reliable in terms of print ads.
The researchers recommend in terms of traditional ads that they must develop the branding
to catch the attention of students; on social media ads, they must enhance the security and
privacy of students in the side of print ads, and they must upgrade the visual information
about the courses in posters. Overall, the researchers recommend enhancing the marketing
tools by proposing an action plan that can help the institution.
