Level of Satisfaction of Selected Teaching Personnel on Workplace Facilities at Bestlink College of the Philippines

Abstract

Bestlink College of the Philippines is famous because of its huge buildings that
accommodate many students. Workplace facilities are things provided for the health, safety,
welfare, and personal hygiene needs of employees. Bestlink College of the Philippines
provided workplace facilities to ensure the safety of the employees. The researchers
observed that the school facilities need to be improved in terms of equipment and facilities.
The work process of a school will be more efficient if its working facilities are adequate,
appropriate, and well-managed to maintain. This study aims to determine the level of
satisfaction of selected teaching personnel in workplace facilities. Besides that, the
researcher would be able to determine how often they use the facilities to the satisfaction of
the selected teaching personnel.

This study has (50) respondents at Bestlink College of the Philippines on selected teaching
personnel, and 27-30 years old gained the highest frequency of 20 or 40; both males and
females are tied; College of Teacher Education gained the highest frequency of 7 or 14
percent; and among (50) respondents, majority of them answered “satisfied” in terms of
ambiance, accessibility, office, and physical attributes and the workplace facilities used are
the canteen/cafeteria.

This study has (50) respondents at Bestlink College of the Philippines on Selected Teaching
Personnel, and among (50) respondents, the majority of them answered “satisfied” in terms
of ambiance, accessibility, office, and physical attributes. The research found that the
Workplace facilities satisfied the teaching personnel.
