Abstract

This study focused on identifying the Impact of the Physical Office Environment on the
Productivity level of Barangay Personnel at Novaliches Proper: An assessment. The primary
subjects of this thesis study will cover the Personnel in Barangay Novaliches Proper,
Quezon City, of the present year 2023. The population of this research was comprised of 20
Barangay personnel at Novaliches Proper. This thesis study utilized the Convenience
sampling method under non-probability sampling to collect data from the respondents.
The study revealed that there are three out of five factors that impacted the productivity level
of Barangay Personnel at Barangay Novaliches which are Noise, Ventilation, and Workers’
attitudes.
The study revealed that there are three out of five factors that impacted the productivity level
of Barangay Personnel at Barangay Novaliches: noise, ventilation, and workers’ attitudes.
Even though findings indicate that the Barangay Personnel are productive at their workplace,
it is inappropriate to be complacent because there are present problems that need to be
resolved in order to prevent them from aggravating and impairing their productivity in the
future. Thus, the study recommended the following: be friendly or age-friendly to the
personnel, promote employee adequate ventilation and access to fresh air, and, in no small
measure, set up a meeting frequently with her colleagues and provide rooms that allow
individuals to focus appropriately on their work.
