Maxine Clothe Shoppe, owned by Ms. Belen, started a small Ukay-Ukay business in her
house and was established after the pandemic on August 27, 2021. Maxine Clothe shop
offers affordable and good-quality secondhand garments. Some of their product is for babies
and kids up to 1 to 12 years old. A business that buys and sells it is a type of Filipino
business where the customer will choose their product. Ukay-Ukay is a trend where people
are buying secondhand clothes, bags, shoes, accessories, and more due to affordability.
However, due to the pandemic, some Ukay-Ukay stores have become more trending and
are bringing back the volume of their customers; many people are attracted to secondhand,
especially small entrepreneurs, who are also encouraged.
The purpose of the study is to determine the level of satisfaction of the employees in ukay-
ukay in terms of gender, age, and monthly income. The study utilized descriptive
correlational research. The participants in the study are thirty (30) customers. The result of
the study reveals that most respondents are females between the ages of 18 and 31 yearsrs
old and abo.e, vii Customer monthly income is 15k – 20k. Describe the level of satisfaction
with buying Ukay-Ukay.
The respondent was female, aged 18 to 31, made between $15,000 and $20,000 per month,
and had a college degree. How does the responder define the level of awareness, interest,
activity, and service quality while purchasing "Moderate Utilized"? The customer's
challenges with sales competencies include poor employee treatment, low engagement,
failure to follow up with customers promptly, a lack of approachability, a lack of knowledge of
negotiating techniques, poor communication skills, a bad attitude, a failure to meet
expectations in terms of sales competencies, and a failure to care about or establish trust
with customers.
