From the results of this study, it reveals that the main cause of impulsive buying behavior of online shoppers in Camarin, Caloocan City is convenience and time management this is because people need to buy specially the basic needs for them to survive the pandemic so they prefer to purchase online for convenience and to save time; consumers' impact of actions is related to the impulsive buying during the Covid-19 pandemic is the risk of going outside due to the pandemic restrictions. During the pandemic people avoid the risk of having the disease so people prefer to buy online rather than going out to buy their needs; the advantage of impulsive buying during the Covid-19 pandemic is being able to read reviews and compare products before making a purchase. Looking at the ratings and reviews is a big help to make a decision because we can compare products with the other sellers. We can see if the product we are buying is good through positive reviews of the previous consumers. And the disadvantage is always buying unnecessary items. Because of the pandemic people are staying at home, shoppers spend time looking at their phones, specifically shopping sites, because of it, shoppers will be more enticed to buy anything they see or like even if it is not necessary; and the most possible solutions to reduce the impulsive buying during the Covid-19 pandemic are to limit time spent on shopping sites and have or prioritize savings. Because of the pandemic more people have no choice but to stay at home so people must spend more time checking their phones and shopping online has become a hobby so if visiting online shopping sites is limited, it will be a big help to reduce the impulsiveness of consumers. Prioritizing savings is also a big help to improve spending habits and to reduce impulsive buying. Based on such findings, recommendations were made that online shopping sites should provide or implement a 3-day rule where shoppers should think about it for 3 days if the product is needed the most or not, this could make a higher chance of reducing the impulsive buying of consumers online. It is a must that respondents should restrict the amount of time spent on shopping websites, while at home, start a small business instead of shopping online to earn more money or double it, in this way to emphasize saving over impulsive purchasing.
