The researchers surveyed50 respondents near the proposed location to determine the business and potential problems that can occur in developing the business idea. The researchers used SWOT analysis as an instrument in the study. The researchers also utilized financial statements in identifying the feasibility of the business. Based on the result of the survey conducted, KUTCHI MOTO? LINIS KITA Carwash is acceptable because many of the target markets of this business prefer the service it will offer. The price is affordable and suits their budget. The chosen location is acceptable in terms of accessibility and visibility. Lastly, the promotion materials used in the business had a high percentage for uniqueness. According to the financial aspect of the business, the researchers expected to generate gross income for the first year of operation and expected to increase by 20% per annum. The researchers also revealed that the return of investment was achieved during the fourth year. The researchers found out that the business had a strong impact on its target market, gaining higher sales from the service/product offered. The researchers recommended having additional branches in different areas or expand the location of the business and a good ambiance of the location to attract possible customers. The owner should also recognize the employee who performed well with monthly incentives if they reach the business quota depending on sales. The researchers also recommended having more employees when the business grows and give benefits for the employee of the month and employee of the year to boost the employee’s morale to work hard. Lastly, the researchers recommended adding more assets and expenditures, such as office supplies, expanding to other branches in different locations, and improving the facilities.
