Abstract

This survey research conducted to find barriers related to online learning that impact the academic performance of third year BEED students at Bestlink College of the Philippines. Through a process of purposive sampling, a total number of thirty (30) respondents were selected to participate in the study. The major instrument used for gathering data was a survey questionnaire. The data gathered were analyzed using percentages and weighted mean.

It was discovered in this research that most of the respondents faced challenges during their online classes, including having a poor internet connection, that may result to a lack of motivation to make it through a class. Lastly, poor connection also caused students to be late to class or be absent.
