Abstract

The use of technological instruments is always growing in our world of constant change. It affects all aspect of our life, from our capacity for interpersonal communication to our ability to acquire information instantly. Sadly, we have also observed a variety of detrimental effects of technology on physical health. The rising use of technology comes with several concerns, despite the links it has created for people to easily access information, assistance, and support. With technology becoming increasingly commonplace in kids' lives, it's critical to consider when kids should obtain a phone because early phone use can have long-lasting repercussions.

The researchers employed a survey questionnaire and a random sample technique to select grade 5 study participants. To collect data, the researchers employed a survey questionnaire and consulted relevant books, articles, studies, and the internet.

The researcher finds that using technology tools can result in eye strain and disrupted sleep. The possible solution is to do some recreational activities with friends like sports and exercise. Nowadays, students prefer to use gadgets over textbooks. It has negative effects that might also have an impact on learners’ physical health. They experience vision problems, sleep disturbances, and communication issues. The study made recommendations for school officials, advising them to hold a lecture for pupils on how to responsibly use technology tools, particularly in the classroom. If a teacher wants to keep their students from using technology too much, they can substitute other activities like reading and writing. Since everyone in the community will be capable of using technology tools responsibly. Because of this, students should limit their use of technology and concentrate their academic work.
