Ethical Values of the PNP in Extrajudicial Killing on War on Drugs in the Police Station 13 Payatas B Quezon City.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the ethical value of policeman in police station 13 during war on drugs in Payatas B Quezon City. The study utilized descriptive method which the 10 commissioner police and 10 non-commissioner police purposively. From the result of this study, it reveals that all policeman in police station 13 assessed their ethics during war on drugs; the values of policeman are being applied on war on drugs; during war on drugs in Payatas B there is no changes in their ethical values; and the term extrajudicial killing are not affected on their ethical values during war on drugs in Payatas B Quezon City. This study recommend the all Police station 13 always perform maximum tolerance in Payatas B and always patrol in every street especially in the evening also all police officer must arrest all pusher and user of illegal drugs and extract the main source of it in Payatas B Quezon City, police officer must abide law and always seek God while they arresting the suspect to prevent killing and lastly, police must be professional at their work and give respect to the citizens of the Payatas B Quezon City.
