Abstract

This research introduces sweet potato pasta as a product. Sweet potato has potential nutrients and vitamins that are good for the health of our customers. The researchers ensure the good quality of this product and affordability for all buyers. The researchers used a survey to easily identify how good our product is, specify whether our product good or bad according to the respondents, and determine who among the respondents likes or dislikes the taste of our product. We arranged the results in the table. We chose a survey because it is commonly used to gather information in research. The researchers found out that 60% of the respondents preferred typical pasta because it is the traditional flavor kind of pasta. With regard to price, the majority of the respondents chose the lowest price; the price should be 15–20, with an average of 80%. In this research, our product is unknown and unique when the customers tasted it. The price is extremely low and affordable to all customers. Our sweet potato pasta is also good for the health but is made using a different process and has different ingredients from typical pasta. The goal of the researchers is to produce a new product that has never been seen in the market. Similarly, our main goal is to innovate a new product that is healthier and affordable.
