The study revealed the aspects that may lead to the development of the student in their academic performance at the Bestlink College of the Philippines. A qualitative method was used in this study by using the descriptive research design. This study involved 50 selected grade 12 Accountancy, Business, and Management Strandstudents. Three variables, such as student behavior, confidence, and academic performance, were considered to improve the students’ study habits. Motivation is needed by the students. Advance studying also affects their academic performance and can lessen the stress of the students. Having a habit of studying is a huge advantage for students. Another aspect revealed that students may be affected if they stress themselves excessively and disregard the thing they need to pass. The results of the study revealed that the lack of motivation of the students may cause low self-esteem and self-confidence, which may affect their mental health mostly due to stress that it may bring to the student. Student nowadays has many things to do that they forget to have time to study alone. The study also showed that communication is needed to help students improve themselves as individuals.</p> ER -
