It serves as the set standards of procedure that employees should follow for an effective and efficient workflow. It aids the employee in how they will act and manage the work. The active participation of the staff, record officers, and the registrar itself have a huge role in gathering important school records, which is important for the operation of the school. The office is responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and evaluating the academic records of the student. Through the office of the registrar, the stakeholders can obtain valid information, which serves as a tool in improving and attaining academic and nonacademic programs, which can lead toward development and innovation. The researchers noted the possible problem in the process during an observation. The researchers distinguished how the key persons inside the office toleratethe enrollees without complete documents. Problems on the dropping of the subject process are also present. The student will drop the subject without notifying their parent/guardian. The researchers conducted interviews and observations to study the workflow in the College Registrar Department. The researchers rearranged the enrollment process of Bestlink College of the Philippines to avoid chaos and back and forth, which results in a long queue and helps the Registrar Department to ease the transaction for both students and record officers. Meanwhile, the student paying the miscellaneous fee will also pay for the medical fee at the cashier at the same time. To ensure all the students will undergo medical examination for the process of enrollment for old and returnee students, the researchers added a process, which is advice from the Dean/Dept. Head to enroll the back subject of the student as early as they can. The researchers recommend to the name and signature of the parent/guardian in the dropping form was also the photocopy of valid ID. The researchers recommended that the Registrar's Office will give a list of the student who is incomplete in the requirements needed to submit in the registrar office to the Dean/Dept. Head. The name and signature of the parent/guardian in the dropping form and photocopy of valid ID should be indicated. Advise by The Dean/Dept. head advised that those students who have a failed subject should enroll as early as they can. The researchers recommended that the system used by the Registrar Department will be upgraded.</p> ER -
