Goods are often referred to as inventory or stock. Goods are being held when there is a difference between the time, place, quantity, or value of the goods being created and consumed. Audit management is used to check reports or evaluate evidence that determines if the information systems are safeguarding the assets, maintaining data integrity, and operating effectively to achieve the organization’s goals or objectives. This study focused on warehouse and audit management for the Skyline Hotel and Restaurant system. This project gave people a boost, and they learned and reduced the manual system they used today. The scrum team used the agile development model because it is iterative and incremental software development with engineering processes, models, and documentation are produced at each phase. The first stage was brainstorming, which is an analytical technique by which efforts are made to find a solution for a specific problem by gathering a list of ideas spontaneously contributed by its members. The second stage was design; in this stage, a plan or convention was created for the construction of an object, system, or measurable human interaction such as business process, circuit diagram, and serving patterns. The third stage was development, which is a systematic use of scientific and technical knowledge to meet specific requirements. The fourth stage was quality assurance, which is a way of preventing mistakes and defects in manufactured products and avoiding problems when delivering solutions or services to the customers. The last stage was deployment, which is the methodical procedure of introducing an activity, price, program, or system to all applicable areas of an organization. The scrum team created a dashboard of the system that provides the summary of the transaction of the proposed system. This will help to easily navigate and understand the system. The scrum team provided a feature that will handle the inventory count of the warehouse, which is a crucial part of a warehouse system. The scrum team also added a monthly audit report to know how items are audited every month. The scrum team was the one responsible for maintaining and enhancing the system to improve performance and give good service to its users. The scrum team researched and conducted an interview to provide a better understanding and knowledge about the proposed system.</p> ER -
