It is best recommended to the students that do not like vegetables because it is a drink with lemon. Hence, it has more powerful vitamins. Instead of giving them soft drinks or other juices made in powder, talbos ng kamote juice should be given because of its health benefits, especially to students that need energy through school activities. A survey questionnaire was used as the instrument to gather information from the respondents. The results of this research showed that among 50 Grade 12 Home Economics (HE) Strandstudents, most of them agreed on the taste of tomato wine. The results were based on the interpretation of the product in terms of taste, texture, nutritional value, and presentation. The average grand mean for the studentswas3.53, which had the verbal interpretation of strongly agree. Meanwhile, the grand mean for 10 HE teachers was3.56, which had the verbal interpretation of agree. Therefore, we need more creativity to improve this product in terms of taste, aroma, nutritional value, and presentation. When making this product, we must weigh the correct amount of ingredients to produce a perfect juice blend. We recommended that future researchers should conduct further studies about this topic.</p> ER -
