Puso ng saging contains vitamins such as vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin C, vitamin E, pantothenic acid, fiber, niacin, and thiamin. It has also minerals such as protein, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, etc. It has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiviral, antimicrobial, and anticancer properties. It also contains antioxidants that help the body fight free radicals, which have harmful effects on the body. A burger is one of the most common foods that all Filipinos love. The researchers want to combine puso ng saging in a burger patty. The researchers studied this product to learn more about puso ng saging. This study used an experimental research design. Randomized experimental designs provide the highest levels of causal validity. Quasi-experimental designs have several potential threats to their causal validity. This table presented the overall weighted mean for all results of taste, aroma, presentation,and nutritional value. The respondents included students and teachers. The overall weighted mean for students was 4, which had the verbal interpretation strongly agree. The overall weighted mean for teachers was 3.7, which had the verbal interpretation strongly agree. Students and teachers strongly agreed on all indicators. The researchers summarized the results in terms of taste, aroma, presentation, and nutritional value on a table. The difference between the two groups was not significant. Teachers strongly agreed, with a weighted mean of4,and the students strongly agreed,with a weighted mean of3.7. The two groups of respondents strongly agreed. Puso ng saging burger sustained the respondent’s health issues because of the vitamins and minerals it contains, which can sustain the respondent’s health. It also has texture and good eye appeal. The researchers recommended eating the puso ng saging burger with tomato, lettuce, mayo, and catchup. Lastly, the researchers recommended studying this product further. This study will help future researchers who will study a similar topic.</p> ER -
