This will make sure that the student’s abilities and skills are suitable in different works they may apply to. All applicants must be able to apply and demonstrate all the work immersion procedures for them to become flexible in all work aspects. The researchers want to know the impact of having work immersion on finding a job after graduation. A quantitative descriptive method was used as the research design for the study. This study utilized a purposive sampling to select Grade 12 General Academic Strand students as respondents. The summary table showed that with the weighted means of 4.14 for male respondents and 4.24 for female respondents, both groups strongly agreed that Work Immersion helps Grade 12 students in finding a job after graduation. In terms of skills, with the weighted means of 3.84 for male respondents and 1.85 for female respondents, both groups strongly agreed that Work Immersion helps Grade 12 students in finding a job after graduation. In terms of work ethics, with the weighted means of 4.20 for male respondents and 4.26 for female respondents, both groups strongly agreed that Work Immersion helps Grade 12 students in finding a job after graduation. With the overall weighted means of 4.06 for male respondents and 4.11 for female respondents, both groups strongly agreed that knowledge, skills, work, and ethics have impacts on helping Grade 12 students find a job after graduation. Based on the findings of the study, the following guidelines were forwarded. Having a Work Immersion subject has an impact on students because it helps them get a job in the future. Another group of respondents confirmed the veracity of the study to become familiar with the workplace for environment simulation. To apply their competencies in the area of specialization/applied subject in an authentic work environment, students should enhance their technical knowledge and skills and develop good work habits, attitudes, application, and respect for work. The school management should also create flexible Work Immersion arrangements for their students.</p> ER -
