The students and graduates identified their educational experiences and common types of work experiences. Quantitative descriptive research was used here. We used purposive sampling, which is also known as the judgmental method, to choose 50 Grade 12 General Academic Strand students as respondents to collect data by using a questionnaire. The respondents’ answers were treated confidentially. The objective of this study was to know how this situation affects the studies of the students. This study aimed to determine the work experience of having the positive and negative aspects that impact the behavioral standard of a student, such as respect, responsibility, and integrity while completing their academic degrees. Based on the summary, with the weighted means of 3.9 for male respondents and 3.8 for female respondents, both groups strongly agreed that time management is one of the challenges encountered in the development of work ethics in the Work Immersion subject of selected Grade 12 General Academic Strand students in Bestlink College of the Philippines in terms of financial literacy. Based on the summary, with the weighted mean of 3.6 for male and female respondents, both groups strongly agreed that financial literacy is one of the challenges encountered in the development of work ethics in the Work Immersion subject of selected Grade 12 General Academic Strand students in Bestlink College of the Philippines in terms of work relations. With the weighted mean of 3.8 for male respondents and 4.0 for female respondents, both groups strongly agreed that work relationship is one of the challenges encountered in the development of work ethics in the Work Immersion subject of selected rade 12 General Academic Strand students in Bestlink College of the Philippines in terms of attitudes/behavior. With the weighted mean of 4.3 for male respondents and 4.2 for female respondents, both groups strongly agreed that attitudes and behavior are some of the challenges encountered in the development of work ethics in the Work Immersion subject of selected Grade 12 General Academic Strand students in Bestlink College of the Philippines. With the overall weighted mean of 3.9 for male and female respondents, both groups strongly agreed that time management, financial literacy, work relations, and attitude and behavior are the challenges encountered in the development of work ethics in the Work Immersion subject of selected Grade 12 General Academic Strand students in Bestlink College of the Philippines. Based on the findings of the study and conclusions that were drawn, the following action plan was forwarded.&nbsp;</p> ER -
