This is not the chicken we usually eat, but it is still best to be aware of it because of the health benefits it has compared with any other chicken. Free-range chicken farming is a method of raising chicken where they can have full access to fresh air and sunshine. They are permitted to roam freely in areas containing plants, fruits, insects, and other available food resources from the farm. Malaya Farm is located in San Jose, del Monte, Bulacan and is approximately 5,000 sqm large. The initial investment for Malaya farm is Php 1,000,000, and the farm has seven responsible and passionate personnel. This study utilized a descriptive method research design and a survey questionnaire, wherein the researchers surveyed 50 respondents to collect data and inform the researchers about the findings and analyzed data based on the information from the questionnaires, which included the promotions, price, product, and place of the business. This study also used SWOT analysis to build on what the business does well, to address what the business islacking, to minimize risks, and to take the greatest possible advantage of chances for success. Lastly, financial statement analysis was used to examine the financial data to evaluate the company’s performance and estimate future risks and potential. In terms of gender, females were considered as the primary target of the business. The Taya primary target age bracket was 23–43 years old; this age bracket includes young professionals, business owners, and entrepreneurs. Regarding occupation, the primary target market was career-oriented men and women and business owners. The farm will be sanitized, well maintained, and organized. The product will have health benefits, and the location of the farm is accessible, will help the smooth flow of daily operation, and will promote good publicity through recommendations and referrals of the satisfied clients. Under the average condition, the farm is expected to have a return of investment on the 2nd year of the operation with Php 1,131,092. This feasibility study concluded that that the majority of the possible target market are those who are the end consumer of chicken farm produce; there will be more profits in the succeeding years because the more chickens they will raise, the greater income they will get; the management showed sign of positivity.
