It is a retail business establishment that serves alcoholic beverages, such as beer, wine, liquor, and cocktails, as well as other beverages, such as mineral water and soft drinks. The researchers came up with this business because a bar is the perfect place spot to unwind, celebrate any occasion or event, and enjoy the night and feel the ambiance. The name “GG DAKS Bar” came from Gilbert, Gaychel, our professor Ms. Dacuno, Angelica, Kim, and Shiela. The researchers use a quantitative method analysis. The researchers surveyed 565 East North Road Paso De Blas Valenzuela City. A total of 50 respondents were included. The respondents are residents of Valenzuela City (especially from Paso De Blas), employees, passengers, and travelers. The researchers surveyed the respondents on September 07, 2019. The study also utilized a financial statement in identifying the feasibility of the business. The researchers found out that the majority of the customers of the proposed business aremale, that is, 29 respondents or 58% out of 50 respondents. The respondents under the age range of 18–25 years accounted for 40%; the respondents were mostly millennials and will be the most prospectivecustomer of the business. A total of 21 respondents were female (42% out of 50 respondents). The researchers showed that the location of the business is easy to reach the target customer. The business operation is fitted to all customers. The researchers found out that the cost of the product and expenses of the GGDAKS bar is the same as other businesses. In the first and second year of the operation of the business, the ROIs are 1.57% and 11.87%, respectively, on its 3rd to 5th year of operation, alternate changes in ROI of the business will be noted. The researchers recommended always monitoring the stocks and the food that offers to avoid the dissatisfaction of the customer. The researchers recommended having a pep talk before and after the operation hour to suggest improving the products and services. The researchers recommended that the business’s operating hours should be early at 5 pm because GG DAKS BAR operatesfrom5 pm onward. The researchers recommended monitoring the cost of the product and expenses of the company to prevent the theft or loss of money in the company.</p> ER -
