The love for sweets results in the market of dessert grows over the last few decades, where it greatly increased by commercialism in the food industry. The presence of it has gone popular not only Lumachel in a restaurant but also in simple gatherings and as part of the everyday life of people. Hence, the researchers studied locals’ desserts made by Filipinos. All ingredients and flavors were originally produced by locals. To twist these desserts, researchers combined them with rice pasta to make it heavy in the stomach. The researchers considered Filipinos to eat heavily on habit. The business aims to provide a unique dessert that can make a tummy full Lumachel in a place where everyone can enjoy themselves. The researchers applied the descriptive research method provided a questionnaire that will be used to test the sample population and the level of acceptability of the business in the vicinity where it will be established. Other than that, the business also applied the 4P's, SWOT analysis, and the four financial statements to test the level of profitability, liquidity, and solvency ratios in terms of vitality in pursuing the study. The results found out that the schools, business, and commercial establishment were highly acceptable because it is needed by the target market. Therefore, the proposed business has an escalating rate in profitability with a positive return of investment (ROI) of 138.66%, high liquidity, and a solvency ratio. This result indicated the capability of the business to operate and generate more revenue because all products are suitable for all potential customers, and it is strategically located in Quirino Highway, San Bartolome, Novaliches, Quezon City. Given that the business is in the food industry, it can easily attract customers compared with nonfood products. Filipinos love foods; hence, foods can be found everywhere, thereby resulting in high competition. Therefore, the researchers recommended investing in promotion and strategic prices of the products. The expansion of the store’s branch is highly considered as the ROI. Partnership with other business establishments, schools, and private universities should be also considered.</p> ER -
