However, this building was destroyed when The Battle of Manila in 1945 ruined everything in Intramuros because the Japanese Imperial Army used this place to make their last stand against the allied soldiers and Filipino guerrillas. The renovation of the Aduana building to La Intendencia Hotel Restaurant. This study aimed to reconstruct and innovate the historical structure to be utilized for the government and netizens. This building was renovated into a hotel restaurant to benefit a large, unused building in the country. The instrument used to assess the level of acceptability of our study was a survey questionnaire, and the participants were 10 4th-year Architecture students and 10 5th-year Civil Engineering students. We computed the data using statistical treatment by getting the percentage and the relative frequency of the respondents, average weighted mean, and t-test. The assessments of the two groups of respondents with regard to the concept of the miniature of the Aduana Building to La Intendencia Hotel Restaurant showed that Architecture students obtained 3.66, which was interpreted as highly acceptable, and Civil Engineering students obtained 3.48, which was interpreted as highly acceptable. With regard to the structural design, Architecture students obtained 3.44, which was interpreted as highly acceptable, and Civil Engineering students obtained 3.50, which was interpreted as highly acceptable. In terms of feasibility, Architecture students obtained 3.72, which was interpreted as highly acceptable, and Civil Engineer students achieved 3.57, which was regarded as highly acceptable. In terms of presentation, Architecture students obtained 3.68, which was regarded as highly acceptable, and civil engineer students achieved 3.54, which was interpreted as highly acceptable. The two groups of respondents obtained an overall weighted mean of 3.62, which was regarded as highly acceptable for Architecture students, and 3.54, which was interpreted as highly acceptable for Civil Engineering students. The result showed that the project can be improved by putting a parking area on the building, adding floors in the building, using hard materials such as steel instead of wood on the terrace, and improving the interior and exterior designs.</p> ER -
