It is the best way to improve and enhance the weaknesses of the different students among grade 12 students in Bestlink College of the Philippines with low self-esteem. We created a club, which is Cheer Up Club, to help students with low self-esteem develop their hidden skills and talents and express themselves. Cheer Up Club is a club that has many curricular activities that can boost the students’ potential and develop them to become the best version of themselves. A qualitative method was used in this study using the descriptive research design. This study involved 50selected grade 12 Accountancy, Business, and Management Strandstudents. Low self-esteem or shyness among students is the main reason why they have low performances in class.
