This project aimed to easily access the portal system of the alumni’s collection of students. Hence, the process of finding the record of students can be hustle-free and hasten the operations. The project should be completed in two phases. The initial phase will be a simple system that will be used to capture the data from current final year students before the end of term. The second phase will extend the functionality of the system to allow past alumni to register. This will help alumni who have a difficulty in finding a job. Other admins can also post if other events occur. The alumni can also ask for help if they have trouble coding. This project aimed to develop a repository and each engine for alumni of the college, which is important to a college. The Alumni Information Database is a web-based application that can be accessed throughout the World Wide Web. Anyone can access the search engine to know about any alumnus of that college but cannot add or edit information. This system can be used as an application for the alumni information database to manage the college information and student information. Students who log in should be able to upload the information of the employee.
