Events management requires certain core values to be deployed to every element, process, and decision to justify the professional approach and achieve effective and efficient results. By using the agile scrum methodology, the development team started the research by conducting interviews and getting the needs and wants of the product owner and team. The researchers researched, developed, executed, and created legacy value for what our product owners need and want. This research identified the process and limitations of the event system and the demands of the clients. The proponents identified the problems of the clients to find a possible way to meet the demands of the clients. Hence, the researchers created a system that will help reserve online. The developers provided a system that will have high security to avoid intruders and prevent leakage of information online. Based on the results, the proponents created a system that will help meet the demands of the clients. The proposed research differed in terms of ease of use and systems integration.
