Kosher Chemicals is a trading company that is located at Brgy. Mapulang Lupa Valenzuela City, and the one who handles the company is Ms. Mari-Len GO since 2014. However, the owner is her sister Mari-Lou Go. The company was founded in 2012 at Brgy. Marulas, Valenzuela City. The company can easily monitor its stocked products and reduce the manpower needed to facilitate the inventory process. The systems development life cycle was used. The researchers planned the entire process of conducting research. The researchers sought clients and conducted a survey. The researchers also analyzed how the system will process and the data that are gathered from the client. The researchers created a system design for the proposed system and add codes for functionality. The researchers tested the system by checking its functionality, flexibility, and security. They implemented the proposed system and deploy it to a client’s computer. Lastly, the researchers will maintain the system in its good condition by resolving bugs and errors that the client encounters. The researchers developed the following deliverables: (1) account form, (the login and registration form that gathers data from the user), (2) dashboard (the form of system that is connected to other forms), (3) items form (contains all data about the items), (4) stocks form (contains the current stock of items), (5) users form (contains the information of the users that have been registered and the time that they log in to the system), (6) transaction form (includes information about the transaction of the company to its suppliers and customers), (7) delivery form (includes all data about their delivery), (8) reports form (contains the history of transactions, stocks, and items that have been voided), and (9) settings form (contains the modifications settings for the system). The inventory management system will create an easier and convenient way to help businessmen or the owners of the company to improve their business and help them monitor their stocked products carefully. The system also assists the owners to easily search all information needed in a short time and keep an accurate record of the stockroom supplies. This system will be upgrading and innovating for the most efficient and convenient system.</p>}, number={1}, journal={Ascendens Asia Singapore – Bestlink College of the Philippines Journal of Multidisciplinary Research}, author={Berino, Bennylen and Carrera, Terence and Estrada, Jeffrey and Isangga, Gian Kyle Real and Jugo, Czarina and Espeña, Christian Jerome}, year={2020}, month={Apr.} }
