Empanada is a type of baked or fried pastry that consists of pastry and filling. Empanada comes from the verb “empanar,” which means to wrap or cutin bread. Empanada is one of the known foods here in the Philippines; it can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The ingredients that were added have benefits that can strengthen our immune system. The methods that the researchers chose were experimental research design, simple random sampling, and surveys to collect, analyze, and interpret the different views of a group of people from a particular population. The instrument used here was a questionnaire. The results of the study showed that cheesy tato-lunggay empanada is acceptable. Based on the data gathered, their product is accepted by teachers and students. All the respondents agreed that the product will be accepted in terms of the overall quality. The researchers studied the acceptability of cheesy tato-lunggay empanada. They showed here how they come up and end up with their product. After surveying, the researchers found that there are factors that their product needs to improve, such as the oiliness of empanada.
