More rest results in dealing with less stress over the school year. Students feel less pressure because they have more time to study on their place at home, especially in the later grade. Shifting to this schedule does have certain disadvantages, especially for the working parents of young students. This study was conducted to determine the benefits of a three-day schedule in senior high school (SHS). The quantitative-descriptive research method was used to collect quantifiable information to be used for statistical analysis of the population sample. The researchers utilized purposive sampling to select 50 General Academic Strand students as respondents to assess the benefits of a three-day schedule in SHS. The results showed that with the weighted means of 3.92 for male respondents and 3.83 for female respondents, both groups strongly agree that the family aspect is one of the benefits of a three-day schedule. With the weighted mean of 4.15 for male respondents and 3.94 for female respondents, both groups strongly agreed that the physical aspect is one of the benefits of a three-day schedule. With the weighted means of 3.9 for male respondents and 3.90 for female respondents, both groups strongly agreed that the financial aspect is one of the benefits of a three-day schedule. With the overall weighted means of 3.99 for male respondents and 3.90 for female respondents, both groups strongly agreed that family, physical, and financial aspects are the benefits of a three-day schedule in SHS. Based on the findings of the study and the conclusions that were drawn, the following recommendations were drawn. In terms of the family aspect, students can spend more time with family and friends, they can use their free time to do household chores, and they can do activities unrelated to school works. In terms of the financial aspect, students can save money to be used for other things. In terms of the physical aspect, students can use their time to rest and recover from all the work they have done.</p>}, number={1}, journal={Ascendens Asia Singapore – Bestlink College of the Philippines Journal of Multidisciplinary Research}, author={Pace, Ranzel and Balenario, Rachel Ann and Betagan, Jonel and Espallardo, Jonathan Rey and Fernando, John Mark and Bernales Jr., Geovannie}, year={2020}, month={Apr.} }
