The Student ProfilingSystem was created to expand the availability of access to this valuable information and other useful data contained in the system and database. The Student Profiling System is appropriate for use by the registrar for managing students’ data, faculties for checking their student’s data, and EMIS that tracks their student data. Student Profiling System is a distributed application that will be developed to help the management of BSHS to maintain the details of their students that are currently enrolled in BSHS. It would help the school management to maintain the personal details of students for easy access to the registrar. This system is easy to understand and can be used by anyone, even those who are not familiar with the legacy of the system. In the planning phase, the researchers brainstormed on a brief background about the system and decided to seek the client that will be the beneficiary of the system. In the analysis phase, the researchers analyzed how the client obtains student data. In the design phase, the researchers converted the client’s process to a convenient process. In the development phase, the real work of conversion of the process was done. In the testing phase, the researchers debugged the system before deploying it. After debugging, the researchers deployed the system to BSHS, followed by implementation. The researchers conducted a seminar to teach the client how to use the system, sign the contract, and implement the system on their devices. The maintenance phase follows if the client has found anomalies, that is, the client must contact the programmer for maintenance service. Therefore, the system is ready to be sold to BSHS, which is willing to buy the system. The system is convenient to the client. The client is satisfied because the researchers solved the client’s problem. The client is now using our system because it is user-friendly and convenient to use. The Student Profiling System can support the new trends of the technology and full pact of new information and features. It is convenient to use. The researchers developed the system to be not only user-friendly but also to be beneficial to the client.</p>}, number={1}, journal={Ascendens Asia Singapore – Bestlink College of the Philippines Journal of Multidisciplinary Research}, author={Remoto, Joshua James and Radam, Aron Jake and Felix, Aldrich and Granada, Renz and Espinosa, Vince Jorel and Pornasdoro, Rjay}, year={2020}, month={Apr.} }
